Dr Brockbank was not prepared when I came to their office. He had not reviewed at my case, he brought No paperwork in with him. He was not empathetic to my situation and walked out of the exam room when I was crying and upset about his lack of answers for me. I would not recommend him.
My insurance did not get billed by the office staff even though I gave them updated information upon my first visit. I asked if this Dr was contracted/preferred provider for my insurance and the office said they didn’t know.
They billed the incorrect insurance # and I kept getting text, email and actual mailed bills for the visit multiple times a week.
Very frustrating experience.

Great experience! Staff better than most. Dr. removed big toenail. He numbed it with needles gently. Waited until I.couldn’t feel anything and in one try ripped the nail off. No pain in the least. Thank you!

Dr. Brockbank checked out my foot pain and discovered something unusual - an extra fit bone that is causing tears in the tendon on the outside of my foot. He told me of 2 pathways to take. He is very thorough.
